Sudesh Rokade, the founder of Arhan group of companies in Japan and India, is a technologist cum entrepreneur, with wide knowledge and rich experience in state-of-the-art Japanese engineering technologies, machines and automation systems.
Being based in Japan, now for more than two decades, Sudesh has over the years, developed strong associations with noted Japanese scientists, and their well established research centers and engineering industries, which he intends to leverage and together with their help, work towards making similar advanced technology based products and services available to the Indian society.

Since his childhood, Sudesh has himself seen and experienced the day to day problems and issues, being faced by the occupants of rural and urban residential houses and apartments in India.
In the course of his professional career he noticed the difficulties being faced by the habitats in India, as walls and roofs of their houses frequently developed cracks due to severe heat during the summer, which then lead to water leakages during the rainy seasons. The industries in India too, in general and especially the ones in the tropical and coastal areas, suffer similar issues with their infrastructures developing water leakages during the rainy season, which further leads to severe damage due to rusting and weakening of the structures. The houses, buildings, and infrastructures in the coastal regions, have more such problems and their treatment becomes very expensive.
Sudesh realized that to address all these multiple problems, there was an urgent need for a technology based all-pervading universal solution, that would be cost effective as well as long lasting. This resulted in an extensive search and discussion with different Japanese scientists to find such a technology based unique solution which would cater to all problems in one.
After continuous search since year 2014, Sudesh, with help of Japanese Scientist Mr. Nakajima was able to find a new and improved formula, to develop a totally new and innovative compound, which could work better in tropical countries and solve all the problems as a single and universal solution.
Thus the innovation called SunBless was born! SunBless can help to drastically reduce the Greenhouse Gas emissions for all buildings and vehicles, by reducing and in some cases totally removing the use of Air Conditioning during hot summers, and temperature controlling heaters during the cold winters.
SunBless went through a series of further improvement in year 2015 and later in 2016 in its features and properties to become a wonder solution which addresses a multitude of issues and problems for which there were no single solution available before.
